I've made alot of findings on the internet about a reliable,trustworthy and fast shipping agent, and i discovered that MYUS.COM is the only one,with the best form of logistics. I fell itz high time u guys removed the email adress on your website and replace it with dis thread since it has become perfectly normal for u not to reply emails but ask customers to post booking numbers here.

He sent mails,dey refused to respond.He got a mail that he has to pay X4 d cost of the good cos of additional time it spent in their warehouse.
If he drops his boooking number,wat is shippyme going to do?

I only acceptable tin to do is to accept the blame for not responding to his mail and reset his account.If shippyme isn't gonna do any of dis,there's no need dropping any booking number.

I bought 2 kids tablets for my children in February 2014... UPS delivered it to shippyme. For over 1 month i kept writing emails everyday to get a confirmation that the package was received, i never heard from you again... The next time i heard from you was to hear that demurrage has accumulated on my package and i now have to pay over 4 times the cost of the package just to have it delivered.... i have even written you emails since about the demurrage and you people did not even respond back... which is very pathetic considering the fact that i have been using circuitatlantic since 2011...

Guy if you want them to assist you here always state the booking number. I just left their office now. Oct 10th shipment would be ready for collection by tomorrow. Those guys are really working.

@maryjames9 No shipping company can false any customer to add insurance, It is left for the customer to add it if he or she wants. It is always advisable when sending a high valued item always add insurance. You can Google DHL,UPS and FEDEX terms and conditions about their insurance policy. When you are sending high value items always add insurance. I was once a victim but I have learn my lesson. To me I prefer shippyme than proud guy. Please let's stop these blackmail about the company. For the guy of 300k I hope all parties we settle this week.

Ok then,thanks for the clarification. I have used Shypimee before and i got my package, though a week late. I do biz that involve frequent shipping and most times i get cash from clients before shippping. I just cant imagine the embarassment,loss of trust,credibility,harassment that you risk to face when clent's goods gets stolen or not delivered in time. I'l give you a "B" based on my past biz with you but please my advise is either try to enforce insurance on all shipments or ensure security of customer's goods insurance or no insurance. However, as regards the affected clients, please fortify your warehouse with enough security and give them better than just CREDITS. This is 300k we are talking about! Thank you
