Its a pity she had to end up being like this. Must be really depressing. It's really important to imbibe healthy living, eating and excerise habits while at all times especially while growing up.

If u already did a test dat showed u're already down wit bn illness, the next logical thing to do is go for treatment. See a doctor for prescription and take of it fast before u get worse. And no self medications pls. Dont worry u'll be fine soon.

I'm really tryin to understand u here. Is it as a result of cough pls?
Anyway, on a general note, u cld avoid water or drinks that are too cold. Also avoid eatin foods dat will irritate ur throat. These vary with different individuals, like for me coconut will make me cough and affect my voice. So think of those things dat affect u dat way. Sleepin directly under the fan cld affect too so try to avoid dat. I hope i was able to help.
