I don't have to be smart to know that Donald Trump is not a UK citizen. The ruling at UK supreme Court recognizing female based on Biological sex gave birth to banning of transgenders in sports. Directly or indirectly Trump stand or position on transgender is certainly influencing UK.

Huh? That's not how it works. Mr Agbakoba actually did a good job in his letter to Mrs Uduaghan. It's not every case that is supposed to get to court. If our judicial system was mature, the lawyers for either side will sit and hash out the case, and Mrs Udaughan, seeing how weak the basis for her allegation is, will withdraw it to avoid being sued.
