Be realistic. Ebonyi is a very young State. Ebonyi, Enugu and Anambra were together as one State. During that period, development was focused more on Enugu as the state capital. Enugu and Ebonyi were later carved out to coexist as one State and they remained together as such for some years before Ebonyi was carved out of Enugu.

To be honest Otti is mo of a newspaper governor. There's nothing close to what the print and electronic media have painted of Abia on the ground. Umuahia is still very rural even after 2 yrs of propaganda.
