First things first, Scripture has it that only one man was made in the image of God, and that man was Adam. The woman, Eve, who was made from Adam, was also made in the image of God given that Eve was a clone born from Adam. Now after they were made, God certified them good— His seal of approval. However, when Adam and Eve fell, God laid His curse on them meaning they were no longer of the image of God. God is holy and good. That which is cursed is not holy and good and hence not of God.
Second, to the curse on man and woman, God placed another particular curse to ensure that all who are born of Adam and Eve were equally born of reduced/cursed image from their conception -
The above curse pretty much sealed the fate of all born of a woman into this world. Every human born into this world is born cursed from birth, and that curse manifests itself in numerous different ways, some physical, some mental, some genetic, etc.

So, to answer your question, after God washed His holy, and good hands off man and woman, and even their childbearing, all forms of imperfections became regular places thanks to God's curse. It isn't that they were created by God, but rather that we were all created broken individuals by the curse which was placed by God on man as a result of individuals. And yes, every human being born into this world is born broken.

So when did the Lord Change?

In the same Scripture, you are presented with the possibility which is that the YHWH image, or at least the image of God — Let us make man in our image — can be created in a Man. God, in the beginning, created man(at least the first man and woman) in His image. so?
