Greetings! I would just like to share some inspiration with you all. Meet this Nigerian contender for the next Ms. Health & Fitness... representing Naija, all mothers, all women over age 40, and anyone with a fitness goal. During the COVID-19 pandemic, while most of us were at home putting on extra pounds lol, she began training for figure competitions and in the last year has competed in 2 events, won six 1st place titles, and 2 pro cards to compete as a professional. She now hopes to use her platform to inspire other women to pursue their fitness goals (no matter what their obstacles) and to support organizations that promote autism education and awareness.
