Nsukka is in Enugu- south east, that's Igbo. Ikwerre is in Rivers- south south. Oga it is well defined. Thats the Nigerian system and what we are working with. Ikwerre's tradition is totally different from Igbo. Does any tribe in Igbo forbid sex on bare floor?

They've been saying this for years. They announce it, the business men in computer village bribes them and they postpone it.
Same thing with the drug market at idumota. Whenever it's proposed to move the market, the Oba who collects levies with his cronies, meets the governor and the governor suddenly plays dumb.
Drugs shouldn't be sold there due to environmental issues, but since the Oba benefits from it, it doesn't really matter. Funny how NAFDAC confiscates drugs if it's from UK without NAFDAC number, but they don't think it's a good idea to move the registered ones from a dirty and unhealthy environment to a safe place.
