I got a brand new HP Compaq tablet pc, Its got several functions- Bluetooth, Fingerprint security, webcam, keyboard lights and very lovely looks, It has a port for SIM cards, i inserted my MTN sim once and it poped a network solution out and automatically configured MTN connection settings, I browsed and was charged VERY MUCH, I have an Intercellular SIM but i haven't tried inserting it because i doubt if they have internet facilities, i go out alot and i'd describe myself as "mobile" ,

I would like to know if there is any SIM i can get and pay monthly subscriptions to connect to the internet, i sure hope this SIM should have up to 100kbps download speed i dont need 1mbps but if possible, i'd really appreciate, i'd like something very fast, and works almost anywhere within the country coz i take my laptop around as i have a car charger for it in my car, Can anyone please tell me a good ISP with experience and costs to setup everything?
