niger delta boys dont have the capacity to refine crude for NNPC. They can only refine diesel with their kpo fire methods. Rest abeg

The foreign refineries have been In business for a long time and have achieved efficiency/economies of scale. Dangote has not achieved that yet. Dangote operates their own port and power supply. The refinery’s in Europe are probably using national grid and ports to export. The costs can be the same.

The old refineries in Nigeria failed for a reason. Foreign investors also didn’t build any for a long time. It looks like it was because we cant compete with foreign refineries

Local Niger Delta Boys and Nigerian Military on "Peace Keeping Mission" are refining it and NNPC would claim it was imported and bought with the almighty DOLLAR
