The Role-:
Business Development Executive Assistant required for a fast growing indigenous oil and gas service company. The role will provide support to sales, marketing and business development functions.

The role will encompass -:
• Support the sales team activities, ensuring a prompt response to all customer requirements
• Coordinate monthly sales meetings, preparing agendas, compiling and circulating minutes and report.
• Aid the preparation of the monthly sales forecast to ensure operations have a clearer operating plan.
• Create and update the monthly sales pack.
• Assist in coordination of marketing events.
• Generate bid/tender packets and monitor associated deadlines
• Review and prepare agreements with partners and third party.
• Maintain detailed and organized files for all contract and agreement including tracking authorization correspondence.
• Maintain and update Company Websites and other media site
• Maintain and update company profile and marketing materials
• Maintain and keep up to date necessary permit and certifications to meet all commercial submission.

The Candidate:

The Ideal candidate will have the following attributes -:
Affinity for administration experience in an Oil and Gas sales environment

• Good Microsoft Office application skills
o Microsoft Word
o Microsoft Excel
o Microsoft Outlook
o Microsoft PowerPoint
o Microsoft Project (added advantage)

• Excellent communication skills
• Good upper Credit in English or Law would be a plus.
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to sales and business development potential
