Where have you been since applocation has started sinnce go to futo.edu.ng. Click on prospective students then you would see an option for applying for postgruate students. I dont know if application has closed ooo. I read somewhere that acceptance fee is forty thousand. I do not know how much the school fees is of you are on facebook post it on futo aspirants 2016/2017 there might be students with answers.

Uhhm if there would be it would probably comprise of DE and PGD I dont know, I dont have a crystal ball. Mechatronics, I think it is okay but bear in mind that it is one of the newest course in the nigerian university and as of last year only 36 students were admitted. From my observation and from news sources it is one of the most sought after courses in futo supplementary. So do with this info what you will.

specuLatiOns are JaMb score was used uhmm am not sure there would be a second list oooo. Supplementary form would end oct 29 visit school website for the various course cut off mark. If you cant write to me here so that i can copy and paste here. Choose wisely guys

So I wrote ssce and jamb this year. I graduated from secondary school this year, I have gotten admission to study in a fed university for the 2016/2017 academic year am I eligible? or should I have applied last year when I was still in secondary school preparing for waec and jamb. the thread for faq was written in the year 2014 and there was a point it was written the scholarship was for the 20152016 session. Applying it to this year the scholarship is mean't for the 2017/2018 session i.e ss3 students are eligible to apply or those seeking for admission next year

I heard about in on friday. To apply go to futo.edu.ng. Then prospective students, then you can continue froM there. MaKe sure jaMb score is abOve 200

Sorry I have been away. I have been admitted....... GLORY TO GOD. ehmm supplementary form is out, it is ten thousand naira and everybody that applied to futo the last time with a jamb score of 200 is eligible for application. not all courses are available for supplementary, choose wisely. School starts on the 13th of november( students come into residence). Registration begins on the 14th.

I have gotten the verification mail. I was not doing the right thing all along. When you are on their website click 'login' then on that page click 'register' which is under the login fields, 'username' and 'password'. It works trust me, I stayed 24 hours waiting for the mail until I came to this thread and I decided to do things differently, Goodluck!!! I am just a newly admitted 100l student, I have no matric no. When would freshers be issued matric no? or can I register without it?

Just be patient, as of now it has not come out. When it does I would post it here. Just visit futo.edu.ng. Click on prospective students. When there is an option for DE students you can now apply.

No info ooo. Futo has released screening score. We await admission list. If you have any questions just ask.

Logadims ur head is there. I haven't seen anyone score below 200 and u are now telling me those cut offs are real. Not to be a doubting thomas, I will leave room for possibility. I just dey observe sha, my own be say. I mustu get seat for dat lecture hall, if futo like make dem admit all applicants.

Futo does catchment ryt, so cutoff would be lower for catchment states

Please to all the futo students out there, do you think the population of futo students consist of maybe only one nonigbo in a thousand igbo students. Do u think the school is adequately diverse in terms of ethnic groups.

Using the grades of the subject in your o'level which you took in jamb and jamb score.
Taking an example from a candidate whose name is, claire
Claire's jamb score=250
The grade point for o'level subjects:
A1=100, B2=90, B3=80, C4=70, C5=60, C6=50.....
Claire's waec result
Eng=A1. Grade point=100
Math=B2. Grade point= 80
Physics=B3. Grade point=70
Chemistry=C4. Grade point= 60
Total point=100+80+70+60= 310.
Claire is an engineering aspirant.
Screening score= (jamb score + total o'level point) /800= (250+310)/800= 0.7.
Then multiply by 400= 400*0.7= 280
Claire's screening score is 280.
I do not know about the 2 sittings one but there is this news that they subtract 20.

Just calculate your jamb score plus total o level points divide by 2. Sorry for the long process above
