OP, here is an easy way to find out things yourself using your smartphone (Android phone in this instance). I attached pictures for reference.

1. Long Press the picture on your phone and select the 'Search with Google Lens' option.

2. Resize the search area to focus on what you want to identify. As you adjust this area, the results change to identify accurately.

3. Scroll up to review the results. Most times, the name(s) show up on the results immediately. You can click on any image result for more information.

It won't be plastered, the joints are covered with poly plaster and also any part that might have scratches.

It can be screeded though if you are screeding the whole building or you want it to me much more smooth than how it comes. Just like screeding other walls that have been plastered before.

quality assurance/rover training has been done along side with the specialised work force. So it's either they change the QA/Rover you applied for to supervisor or enumerator.
Supervisor and enumerator training is what is left now.
