I want to apply for student visa and my programme will be starting in September. The fund required has been in my account for over 28days. I only went for MBA just to upgrade myself since i work with one of the financial institution.

Hi my people. Please i need your urgent response to my questions.
I applied for UK Student visa in 2007 and i was denied based on the following:
1)while you have evidence of funds, you have not provided evidence of their origin.
2)I note that you were last in full-time education in 2000. You have not demonstrated that you have sought to enhance your education during the intervening period.

I want to submit my application next week with another passport with different date of birth because they made mistake with my date of birth on my former passport. Hope the above stated points will not affect my application. Although i started my MBA last year to finish in October 2010 and my first degree is in science field.
Please can i justify my application this time around?

People pls i need your advice. I work in a financial institution and am using statement of account with another bank for my application. Hope it will not affect my visa if i should submit my employment letter together with my application.

Please i want to use my personal fixed deposit for my application, is it compulsory to submit evidence of source of income(tax clearance, pay slipetc) .

Please advice:can i sworn affidavit for my lost marriage certificate before submitting my student visa application since my degree certificate is bearing my maiden name.

Thanks for the response. I only have photocopy with me. I used the original for one of the schools i applied for last year. Also can the money for both school and maintainance fees be in a fixed deposit account bearing my name since some of this sponsors may be afraid of keeping it in a savings or current account.

Please on my unconditional letter of offer, it was only my degree certificate that was stated as document used in making decision for my admission. Do i need to submit my transcript & NYSC discharge certificate when submitting my visa application since i scanned it to them for my admission `process.

U guys are doing a very wonderful job. Please i need your urgent help. I got an unconditional offer letter from a school in uk together with a visa letter and i am preparing towards my visa application. My sponsor is not bearing the same name with me , please how do i go about my application?
Also if i compel him to give me 3.1M in my account for 28days do i need to show my source of income?
