Dear Nairalander,I wish to share my experience with you pals.I live in a 3 Bedroom apartment somewhere off Sawmill, Ifako-Gbadada.My tenancy expires endg April , 2011 after a 2 years lease.My rent has been increased from 300K to 400k and compelled to pay 2yrs in advance ie 800k.Please,I need your advice because its been difficult putting up 300k to renew the rent talkless of 800k fr 2yrs advance.I face eviction in 2months as issued by the landlords agent.Thanks
