Omoawoke:
Nigeria just need 1-0 win and they qualify irrespective of what happens in the other match
No bro. If Nigeria wins 1-0 and Zambia wins 1-0, Nigeria is out.
The table will look like Zambia 6pts with 6 goal difference. Malawi 6pts with 2 goal difference and Nigeria 6pts with 2 goal difference.

We go out because of our goal for and head to head. Malawi will have 6 goal for and head to head they won Nigeria. Nigeria will have 4 goal for and lost head to head to Malawi.

barajo1:
if Zambia defeats Malawi, we will need a lot of goals to qualify!
But if Malawi wins or draw, we just need to win Egypt to qualify.
In fact, a draw against Egypt may qualify us, if Zambia losses
Gbam. Malawi too will do everything to win or draw their third match because if they lose and Nigeria wins by 3 goal margins, Malawi will be out.

Just because of temporary gain shocked
Surah Ali 'Imran 3 Vs 77

Indeed, those who trade Allah’s covenant and their oaths for a fleeting gain will have no share in the Hereafter. Allah will neither speak to them, nor look at them, nor purify them on the Day of Judgment. And they will suffer a painful punishment.

Islam › Re: Will People Cry For You After Three Days? by Fataileke: 8:38am On Aug 01
Lukgaf:
WHO WILL CRY FOR YOU AFTER THREE DAYS?

Have you noticed what happens after someone dies?

The first day, everyone is shocked. The phone doesn't stop ringing. The house is filled with visitors. Tears flow. Prayers are made.

A few days later, people begin to return to work. Life goes on. Your chair is occupied by someone else. Your office gets a replacement. Your business continues without you. Even your room will eventually belong to another person.

Then what remains of you?

Allah says:

"Everyone upon the earth will perish, and there will remain the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honour." (Qur'an 55:26–27)

The Prophet ﷺ said:

"Three things follow the deceased: his family, his wealth, and his deeds. Two return, and one remains. His family and wealth return, but his deeds remain with him."

How much energy do we spend chasing what will eventually leave us, while neglecting the only thing that will stay with us forever?

One day, your WhatsApp will stop coming online. Your phone number will become silent. Your social media accounts will remain, but you will no longer be there to read the messages. People will say, "May Allah forgive him," and then continue with their lives.

But in your grave, there will be no followers, no bank account, no title, no certificates—only your deeds.

So before that day arrives, mend that broken relationship. Pray before you are prayed over. Repent before others ask Allah to forgive you. Give charity while your hands can still give. Read the Qur'an while your tongue can still move.

The world does not stop for anyone. But the Hereafter begins for everyone.

May Allah grant us hearts that prepare for the meeting with Him, forgive our shortcomings, make our graves gardens from the gardens of Paradise, and grant us a beautiful ending. Āmīn.
Hmm. Maybe I would have experienced this too, but I think Allah still needs my life. I almost gave up 5 years ago.
Islam › Re: Is Allah The Same God As Yahweh by Fataileke:
According to the prophet (Peace be unto him) Allah is One. Allah is not human being to procreate.

Surah Al-Ikhlas (112:1-4)112:1: "Say, 'He is Allah, [who is] One.'"112:2: "Allah, the Eternal Refuge."112:3: "He neither begets nor is born."112:4: "Nor is there to Him any equivalent.

This sums everything up. I think it is khati'ah to say that Allah has a child.

That is how they will have hope that on the last day that Allah will bring them out from Hell fire after he had found a jew and christian as there ransome replacement

But the twist is what if Allah intention was to get you into Hell first ( despite banging ya head on the floor) because he said all Muslims will be in Hell first till the day of Resurrection

Islam › Re: Islamic Tips For A Happy Marriage! by Fataileke:
Rashduct4luv:
Bismillah!

All Praise be to Allah!

Marriage in Islam is a sacred bond, a source of tranquility, love, and mercy between spouses. The Qur’an and Sunnah provide timeless guidance to nurture a happy and successful marriage. Here are practical tips to help couples build a strong, loving relationship.

1. Make Marriage a Means to Seek Allah’s Pleasure
Marriage is not just a social contract but a spiritual journey. The ultimate goal is to please Allah and earn His reward.

“And among His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy.” (Qur’an 30:21)

Reflection: Seek to build love and mercy as a reflection of Allah’s mercy. Make your marriage a path to Jannah.

2. Communicate with Kindness and Respect
Good communication is the foundation of a happy marriage. Speak kindly and avoid harsh words.

The Prophet ﷺ said: “The best of you are those who are best to their wives.” (Tirmidhi)
Practical Tip: Use gentle words, listen actively, and resolve conflicts calmly.

3. Practice Patience and Forgiveness
No marriage is without challenges. Patience and forgiveness help overcome difficulties.

“And let them pardon and overlook. Would you not like that Allah should forgive you? And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.” (Qur’an 24:22)

The Prophet ﷺ forgave his wives and encouraged mercy.
Advice: Forgive mistakes quickly and avoid holding grudges.

4. Fulfill Each Other’s Rights
Islam emphasizes mutual rights and responsibilities in marriage.

“They are clothing for you and you are clothing for them.” (Qur’an 2:187)
Explanation: Just as clothing protects and beautifies, spouses should protect and honor each other.
Practical Tip: Share household duties, provide emotional support, and maintain physical and emotional intimacy.

5. Pray for Each Other
Supplication strengthens the bond and invites Allah’s blessings.

The Prophet ﷺ taught: “The best of you are those who pray for their wives.”
Action: Regularly make dua for your spouse’s well-being, guidance, and happiness.

6. Maintain Trust and Honesty
Trust is essential for marital harmony.

“O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones...” (Qur’an 66:6)
Protect your family by being honest and trustworthy.

Tip: Be transparent, avoid secrets except when/where necessary, and keep promises.

7. Show Appreciation and Gratitude
Expressing gratitude nurtures love and positivity.

The Prophet ﷺ said: “He who does not thank people, does not thank Allah.” (Tirmidhi)
Practice: Regularly thank your spouse for their efforts and kindness.

8. Share Quality Time and Affection
Spending time together strengthens emotional bonds.

The Prophet ﷺ was affectionate and playful with his wives.
Advice: Engage in activities together, listen, and show affection daily.

9. Seek Knowledge Together
Learning about Islam and marriage helps couples grow spiritually and emotionally.

“And say, ‘My Lord, increase me in knowledge.’” (Qur’an 20:114)
Tip: Attend Islamic marriage workshops, read books, and discuss faith together.

10. Resolve Conflicts with Wisdom
Disagreements are natural but should be handled wisely.

“And if you fear dissension between the two, send an arbitrator from his people and an arbitrator from her people.” (Qur’an 4:35)
Advice: Use calm dialogue, mediation, and avoid anger.

A happy marriage in Islam is built on love, mercy, patience, and mutual respect, all rooted in obedience to Allah and His Messenger ﷺ. By following these tips, Nigerian couples can nurture strong, blessed relationships that bring peace in this life and reward in the Hereafter.

May Allah bless all marriages with love, mercy, and happiness. Ameen.
