It was less than 500 naira two years ago

The steel company was built by the federal government for so much , was poorly managed then sold to thier cronies for so little then their cronies used the non productive company to take loan from eco bank . They could not service the loan then AMCÖN (federal government ) returned to buy up the company from eco bank and sold it again to thier cronies. In all these the company is still in comatose yet billions of dollars in tax payers money has exchanged hands. Some have become stupendously wealthy but the company is still not functioning. How can a country make progress like this .
