Selecting Silva isn't a mistake. I mean, who would guess the match would turn out like this? If we had played out a goalless draw or we win with a clean sheet, will you come out and say Tuchel made a mistake selecting Silva?

Well selecting Silva proved to be a mistake.
I personally don't care about clean sheets and all, as long as we score more goals.
The boys were nervous from the onset and then escalated when Silva got the red card. That is pretty obvious.
The coach will always be the first person to either take the blame or praise.
Just imagine for a second that he was able to turn this around, do you think he will not be talked about for another week?

Everything I have said is similar to what Tuchel himself said.

These are professional players. Azpi is the captain and a veteran in the heart of defence. Can't he organise the boys that moment the pressure was on, before any instructions from the coach comes, if any?

Both. Selecting Silva proved not be a smart decision. It could have been different but not today. I would have thought he would continue with the players that were performing but for whatever reasons he didn't.

Is Azpi the manager? Coaching the boys is part of his job. He mentioned this in his post match interview.

Silva made a mistake that should have shown our character and strength, not expose. West Brom were not that good; we were just very poor.

There are things that happen when something unexpected changes in a game. Have you ever wondered why after a corner or an opportunity players just start to dey play differently? The reverse can happen. The red card cost us the game. Even Tuchel admitted that.
Zouma made a lot of mistakes but Silva did not cover himself in any glory.

Heck even Mount failed to clear the ball for the 4th goal.

I've been meaning to ask. Besides scoring awoof penalties what does Jorginho actually do on a football pitch? He's basically a Brazilian Mikel with no defensive nous. With mids like Jorginho and Kovacic I don't see how Chelsea ever get to compete against truly good teams
