The problems is not the years. Some will just enroll and they will backdate it for you and print out your results in less than a month, some schools abroad is just 3years naaa. Even in this naija. Some people will enroll and will never appeared in lecture hall until graduation day, so what do you call that?, How do you explain a case where the stay abroad yet he or she is enrolled in school back home?
