How many times should companies declare dividends; annually, bi-annual or quaterly?

No rules here..some cash rich coys like Total plc do declare quarterly in their foreign listing

Nigeria Total delivered like in 3 qtrs last year..

you can buy through banks but its less headache when you approach the approved discount houses.

Just ask head office branches..they understand Tbill there better.

Alternatively go for the Investment Houses/coys..
