The same can be said of Erha FPSO too...so we're talking about 300 personnel under him. Pengasson members have vast experience in obsolete, non functional and non profitable refineries. E get why Dangote refinery sack them, cases of sabotage where mentioned.

Yes, BUA is building a refinery in Ibeno local government area of Akwa Ibom state. It’s been going on for a while and was actually expected to kick off this year. Costing between 3.5 and 4 b dollars, it is smaller than Dangote refinery.
