The surge power is not stated but I can only advise it should not be loaded above 600watts. This is a baby inverter and it is pure sine wave. The display is superb.

The 650va is a converted ups. Price with charger is 25k.
The regular fairly new inverter is 900va. It cost 35k and comes with inbuilt charger.

It really depends on the wattage of your TV especially. Your fan and decoder is about 75w, check your TV wattage and add it to 75, multiply the answer by 5. If the value is above 500, then you may not get 5hrs.
From experience, I tell people to expect between 4 and 6hrs.

For APC, I'm not aware of a12v that's above 1000va, even the 750va is 24vdc

For bluegate, there's 1200va that's 12vdc

Please, how long can it power the equipments you stated.

For example, One LCD TV, decoder, fan and may be 8-12 energy bulbs.

How long can they run before the battery goes down

If you ensure you don't load it above 100watt at any point in time, then you should get about 6hrs. Check the Wattage or energy consumption of each of your listed equipment and try to bring the combined wattage to below 100watt.
For example if your TV is 60watts, decoder 25watts, bulbs 10watt each. I'll advise when you are watching TV, make sure no other load is ON, that way you will get a longer run time out of your battery.
