Dazl: The idea about FORGETING isnt to wipe away memories of the wrong coz thats near imposible, rather its to refrain from using that wrong against the person......example is refusing to help a friend coz he stole ur money time back....or saying things like'if not for God'
Perfect one from you.
How is which you gave that comment in my blog for some people there to have more understanding.

Programming / Re: I Want To Learn Programming. Which Language Should I Start With? by felxfame(m): 2:07am On Feb 21, 2013
I will advice those going into programming to start with HTML followed by CSS and any other scripting language most especially Javascript because it will open your eyes on what programming is all about.
Believe me you are going to enjoy it.
And please do not learn with outdated ebook.
Use the most recent ones.

WhiZTiM: @monkvirus...
You can learn C++ without prior programming knowledge... Just try and also learn about computer systems architecture, it will speed up ur learning.

C++ is so powerfull that you can write dare devil programs... Also, a programming bug can frustrate and fry you up.
...dnt worry, perfection can come later...
I agree with you. Because the newest version of C++ is very easy to learn.
A friend of mine is now a profession C++ developer, learnt C++ when he knew nothing about a computer system.

the vb i know is nothing like c++
I will say that your friend is an old C++ developer, because the newest version of C++ is simpler and easy to understand.
But it depends on what you told him.

Am new to programming and planning on learning vb.net. Is it okay for a beginner to start with vb.net.
Please don't ignore
It. Depends on your level of understanding.
With my experience, I will advise you to start with HTML after which you move to CSS followed by Javascript before going into VB.net, you might not be familiar with some of the terms which will be used.
I downloaded lots of ebooks on virtually all programming languages but started with HTML5 to enable me become a vast professional.

Science/Technology / Re: What Is The Meaning Of Cisco And Oracle by felxfame(m): 1:01am On Feb 21, 2013
As they said Cisco is a company based in networking while oracle is also a company dealing with database, Web and Application development and lots more.
To learn oracle depend on the IT institution that will handle you, as for NIIT they will charge you so high close to 400,000 Naira.
Before you go for CISCO networking I will advice you to go study ComPtia A+(Hardware) because you can not do without it in CISCO.
