You call it wimping Sentiments ... With no intent of insult Segun, i say you do not have good customer relations. Don't think you are doing your clients any favor. Customer satisfaction should be ones priority in business. It is not about the 2k, even if it is 1 naira at least i paid for a service and deserve to complain if i am not satisfied. I have spent more than 2k to mobilize other agents because of there good customer relations and i can recommend them anytime but with you i will have second thought.

justmenoni: @cytell property,thats too harsh on your customer,you could have just tell him politely that you cant call.

It is absurd that most of this estate agents thinks they are doing the prospective clients any favor when they will actuality get paid for there service. I have had my experience with cytell property.. I paid him 2k for his form and he believes i must like the properties he took me to and when he realise i dint like any of them he bluntly refused to show me any other. Will one pay for a property he does not like all because he wants to please the agent who is not rendering service for free?

@cytell Property: I thought u said the property at Iroko is no longer available.. Was it because i was not satisfied with the other properties you showed me ?
I don't see where agent will force client to take accommodation that he is not not pleased with. I noticed your reluctance the last time we met, i left without been pleased despite that i paid ur 2k fee for form.
Guess u have no idea what customer satisfaction is..
