the reduction was done at the beginning of the fiscal year.check the monthly visa bulletin and compare with 2019 bulletin

Do you guys know that visas for Eb3 was cut down from 5000 visas to 350 for 2020 fiscal year?we might experience retrogression from April till October .if you don’t have much funds leave Enclex for now and face Uk

you can do both Nclex and UK exams if you have the fund.
