Please i need a jumia agent to assist me on this. I made an order on jumia on Friday 4/1/19 by 3am, till now that i'm writing this post, it is still showing waiting for fulfillment which i don't really get it. There was no provision for POD so i used the jumia pay and paid for the order.

I'm thinking if it is possible to cancel the order and reorder from another seller that ships very fast cause by 12th of this month, i will be leaving the location that I used to make the order.

@ everyone, it all depends on the courier service OP used. May courier service like FedEx EMS and Co will pass through custom. And you can't but pay the duty.

If you use normal shipping like Aliexpress standard shipping which runs tru 3 weeks, you won't have issue like this. The highest you could be charged at post office is 1k for phone.

So, OP, which service did you use?

What will be d implication if I open dispute now and not wait for 60 days after shipping?
