Before it was even time, I once saw 40 missed calls from u only for u to say it was a reminder..

U said u cancelled the loan but still sent a mail to my firm about interest? They already know what kind of a person u are. U claimed I blocked you but u are sending a whatsapp message sent to me? Do u know how you sound?

Theres no where anyone with conscience will justify going after someone's livelihood after even making an attempt to extend. The only reason u did not send it earlier was coz u did not have their contacts until recently. U were even asking my colleague for another person to contact. Truth is that a wicked man without any threshold of decency and empathy will justify anything. I warned u to remove my Company's name but u didn't. What kind of a devil are you? You do not have monopoly of madness!

Nairalanders, this heartless monster was even asking my HR Director to give him more emails to contact but she was irritated that it could be an option cos of 100k..He said I blocked him but he was sending reminders to same number he claims blocked him. Which loan evader who went incommunicado pays to extend a loan? How did we speak? I am still consulting on how to proceed legally. Its obvious why he changed his Business name cos he most likely had ruined a few people too. I had to send payment details to my bosses incase he comes back to say nonsense. I am sure he will be cursed if he contacts them again.

Are you aware that it is possible to obtain a printout of your call log from your GSM service provider which shows a breakdown of all the calls made and received for a stated period including the date and the time of the call?

Your first loan installment became due on 30 August 2024.

Apart from the call we made at the initial stage to verify your phone number we challenge you to get a printout of your call log and prove that we called you at anytime before 30 August 2024 and we shall pay you #300,000!

Is Sam's name the only name you submitted what about the second guarantor who you claimed is a chartered accountant but whose phone number has never connected even though we tried calling him over 20 times on different occasions.

Before you blocked our number we called you over a 100 times when your loan became overdue by over 2 months.

Did you ever return the calls? Never not even once!

These are things that can be proven from the call logs of our phone number.

Last week Friday 20 December 2024 we sent a final reminder to pay up your outstanding balance; the reminder was sent to you on Whatsapp and by text messages to the two numbers you provided.

According to the delivery report the messages were delivered to your phones, you read them ,ignored them and dared us to do our worst.

Well we have done our worst you dishonest client from hell who lacks basic integrity.

Even the payment you made was because we reported you to one of your guarantors after sending you countless reminders and calling your number over 40 times without any response in September after your first installment because due.

Before you continue spreading falsehood just be aware that we still have documentary records and correspondences with you.

Your installments were due on the following dates:

First installment - 30 August 2024
Second installment - 30 September 2024
Third installment - 30 October 2024

We challenge you to provide evidence that you actually paid any of these installments even after we called you over a total of 100 times and sent tons of WhatsApp and email reminders.

You only started paying back the loan on 10 December 2024 when the loan was already overdue by over 3 months and this was because we reported you to your employers.

You are completely lacking in integrity!

Attached is a copy of the email we sent to him to terminate the loan after it became apparent that his intention for taking the loan was to abscond with the money.

It would be wise for you to desist from spreading half-truths!

You took a loan of #100,000 to repay the sum of #123,333 including interests over the course of 3 months at #41,111 per installment

The loan was supposed to terminate on 30 October yet as at 1 December 2024 you had not paid a single installment.

Instead what you did was to block our number from calling you while at the same time ignoring all reminders we sent to you through email and WhatsApp.

Only a dishonest person does that!
