That's a tough question to answer regarding the rent of N700k while the 1yr thing is actually is like other laws which have been passed but not practiced. Can only say you should inspect first and negotiate afterwards

bluezeski: would he take 700 for 1 year,, remind the owner of the lagos state law on tennacy.. he is liable to go to jail and face other consequemces if he collects 2 years rent,. or is he one of those people that are above the law?
