False. France were awarded 2 penalties throughout the last WC tournament, both penalties came in the final and Mbappe scored both, while Argentina was awarded 5 penalties, Messi missed one and scored 4.

Claim 3: Market fluctuations make wealth fake. Another egregious false claim. While net worth goes up and down with the stock market, the underlying value of the companies they own remains massive.
