19CannyMum:
I got an answer offline that you're even expected to be with your tot(s) at the first settlement appointments. ie the appointment to register with the settlement agency.
Thanks

19CannyMum:
Please I'm back again o!

Families with young children please how did you cope during your first weeks when you had to meet up with settlement appointments, etc?

Were you setting up separate appointments so one person could stay home babysitting? Or are tots welcome to settlement appointments? Or any other ideas or strategies you used...

Thanks in advance.
Please interested in this question. Any one with the experience should help out please.

I can't thank everyone one on this thread enough, have learnt, strategized, cancelled my strategy and restrategized all over again and all from the knowledge garnered from here. I started following this thread from June last year after putting in my application but got frustrated at a point and stopped reading when CIC no wan answer me smiley, but i picked it up again in December, and between then and now , I have gotten PPr and gotten our passports stamped. Will be landing in Edmonton in May.
