MANAGING DIRECTOR
Qualification and Experience
• First degree in any field. Must possess strong analytical and communication skills.
• Candidate must have at least 7 years cognate experience in bonking, out of which at least 3 years must have been spent in Microfinance bank.
• Professional qualifications and in depth computer knowledge will be on added advantage.
• Age: 25-30 years old.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Qualification and Experience
• BSC . or HND Accounting with at least 3-5 years cognate experience in accounting and good knowledge of financial and credit control procedure of Microfinance Bank.
• Age: 25- 30 years

HEAD OF BANKING OPERATION
Qualification and Experience
• B. Sc or HND in any of the social sciences with at least 5 years cognate experience in the same position in a reputable and existing Microfinance Bank.
• Age: 22-25 years

BANKING OFFICERS
Qualification and Experience
• BSC or HND in any of the social sciences with at least 2-3 years cognate experience in the same position in a reputable and existing Microfinance Bank.
• Age: 22-25yeors

Remuneration
• The remuneration for each category of the vacant positions is attractive, depends on the experience, but will be performance driven
