It's very important and advisable to upload clear pictures of the shop and equipments, if possible documentary evidence that you were making up to 50k monthly. Any sign post?, business name e-signature on softwares? Air con or Fan? How does electricity bill work apart from generator? Security wise? Where exactly in Ogba? Landlord character? Any current staff? Make/brand of all equipments?

The above information is very important for potential buyer...
