The books of the bible from the old to the new Testament had already been written by prophets, apostles and devoted servants of God that had nothing to do with the Roman Catholic Church. The Roman Catholic church probably took these already written books which their doctrines contradict and tagged them in verses and, put them together and bound it.

Yes God too has used the raging of the devil to accomplish His divine purposes. It didn't make the devil good. The devil raged to destroy Jesus to frustrate God's redemption plan for mankind. God allowed him. The devil by killing Jesus fully accomplished God's plan of salvation.

So that the catholic church compiled a book they refuse to obey doesn't make them anything approved in God's sight.
