Mad specs. Go to adobe site to download if you want to spend cash. Adobe.com will have trial version. As well. Use torrents for free download.

I've used heroku, amazon ec2 and gcp. You can start with free tier heroku. Very easy to use.

Pls.......what is the specs of a pc that adobe illustrator can be used on.

Minimum of 2gb ram. It will run on core i3. It doesn't have special requirements. Better spec only mean better experience
