How will the just opened borders affect palm oil prices?

There is food shortages worldwide, every food, not just palm oil is scarcity.

We see in the news how the war in Russia and Ukraine has affected the price of wheat and some other food.

Population worldwide keep increasing, while farmers keep decreasing, cities are over crowded doing and looking for white collar jobs, while the villages where farming occur keep reducing in population.

Border opening will not change anything about food items because even currently, Grade-1 palm oil is cheap here in my area Oleh, Delta state (17,500) than in Cameroun with their bad watery oil (18,000) because inflation is currently in every country now worldwide.

The border opening will even increase the price instead because now we can export our palm oil and other food items easily to outside Nigeria now. Thank you.

Please kindly read again the thread, we have publish how we selling the Plenty Egusi since December/January, and we have since settled our Egusi investment people and we have closing the Egusi contract. (Over 200 bags were stored).

We always sell one storage before we start another one, we are not a desperate for plenty plenty people market because we have our own market before people joining us.

We have also settled our corn people too.
