I'm really confused as to why some celebrities and also social media people are getting upset, my understanding is that the people are there illegally? They are not just "sending home" random immigrants. People that are in the US legally have spent a lot of money and went through all legal ways to live there, work and pay taxes etc, they are not the people being deported. Its the illegal ones that are rightly being sent home, this is a good thing, no?

Next time, please research before buying into propaganda. There are people who have already started the legal immigration process that this affects especially those from south American countries.
