Emmyxclusive:
The vulnerability the hacker used have been known for weeks now, a serious organization should have patched it immediately.
Every enterprise that is hacked shares some responsibility.

If there was a known vulnerability, surely they should have patched it.

Regardless, such exploits are part and parcel of the online world.

CAC would neither be the first nor the last to be hacked.

Okay. Thanks. I want to get a life now. I am into exams. I like how you displayed those clickable pictures on your signature. How do I go about it please ? I need to take people interested in what I do to my website while avoiding ban. Thank you
I did not post clickable ads.

Nairaland's latest feature, perhaps to generate more revenue, includes injecting random ads to pseudo-random posts.

Now going tribalistic, instead of learning one or two lessons. Well, the shocker is this ; even the Ogbomosho boy hacker’s family and the Nwaikpe from the east all have relatives whose company and business details are with the C.A.C.

Inferiority complex sha.

Yes, in 2015–2016, a British teenager named Kane Gamble (15–18 years old) successfully targeted senior US intelligence officials, including CIA Director John Brennan. Using "social engineering" (tricking helpdesk staff), he accessed personal emails, sensitive documents regarding Iraq/Afghanistan, and the FBI's online portal.

The people after such organizations are not the ones after yours.

Even one bomber in Ogbomosho can breach the security of the CAC, that is if they even have any.
Well, the typical teenager in Ogbomosho is smarter than Nwaikpe.
