pls help I can't find the pay on delivery method all I can see is some global pay stuff asking for MasterCard info. pls anybody who has done this can help pls

the problem is DAT there is no pay on delivery for people outside Lagos and I don't know if I should take the risk of paying b4 delivery sir.
