Seems some of those who viewed your thread and ignores your thread are MTN workers.

My matter don tire them(with my immediate effect for cancelling).

For the past 2 weeks now, I haven't seen such pop-up on my phone. My phone does the magic for me. It notifies me with a volume button before the message comes in. Then, I pause a bit, and wait for the message to come in. Na cancel button be the next thing.
