Nigeria is in a sorry state that is why an Aide will insult person of falana
Who be falana... I mean what is his relevance either directly or indirectly on you as a Nigerian. Abeg leave all this men. Na your pocket them dey chase
PEOPLE DEY TALK EL RUFAI TOO THEY TALK.... GRRRRHHH AM SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW. SEE THIS MAN THIS RELIGIOUS FANATIC THAT WAS SO PROUD DURING THAT buhari GOVT.
Try and do what Jesus didn't do. As you have been made rich through the gospel but Jesus never enriched himself through the gospel. Jesus may not have visited the poor as you claim but his love for the poor was so profound. He was with them on the mountain he fed 5,000 people. You should build on the gospel by visiting the poor.
AMINDA: Buhari saw through the greed and uncontained lust for power and self-angrandisement. Events have proven Buhari right. Tinubu is now sending emissaries to beg Buhari in time for 2027. I thought Garba Shehu told them that Buhari would work for his re-election. This was well celebrated by the Agbadorians. What has changed? Barring rigging (which will be resisted), there is no pathway for his re-election.
Righteousness2: In the Name of JESUS Christ, I Declare this young man wanted! Wherever he is , I Decree Angelic Invasion nationwide. GOD of Chosen, Search him and bring him out.
I Decree this young Man be Released In JESUS Name... Amen..
You can pray silently for him instead. It is called intercessory prayer.
O boy, this is a tussle between two politicians. One said he has the red biro, the said he has federal might. Both have been strategizing on how to conquer the other. Fubara has been sharing money wrongly in the state, he even awarded Asari dokubo. Why did he do all things openly knowing his actions may be used against either by hook or by crook. Fubara was mislead by the politicians he gave ears to. He is in a mess now. Why did he tell the youths to be on standby how can a governor say all that? He shot himself at the foot and now i don't even know who to believe between the two aggrieved politicians. Pls, Nigeria is not finished. because God has not cursed us. Relax and drink some water. All these political fight will come n go and barracks go remain.
press9jatv: RIVERS FORMER HOS, GEORGE NWAEKE'S FAREWELL MESSAGE TO PERM SECS
Dear esteemed Permanent Secretaries of Rivers State,
I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to express my heartfelt appreciation for the cooperation, support, and camaraderie you've shown me during my tenure as Head of Service. It's been an absolute privilege to work alongside such dedicated and passionate individuals.
I must say, it's a blessing from God Almighty that I've been able to work and retire alive and healthy. My journey through the ranks has been nothing short of remarkable, and I'm thankful for the experience and knowledge gained.
As Generals of the Civil Service, I urge you to continue striving for excellence. Every General must know the art of war, and in this context, it means being proactive and filling any gaps you may perceive. Let's work together to ensure that Rivers State remains a beacon of excellence and a leader among states in Nigeria.
My decision to resign is a personal one, driven by my desire to facilitate a peaceful transition and reconciliation process in our beloved state. As a conspicuous figure in the last administration, I recognized that my continued presence could be viewed in certain quarters as creating an undue advantage for one side, knowing that I am an unrepentant supporter of His Excellency Sir Siminalayi Fubara GSSRS. After careful consideration, I chose to step down, allowing the new Administrator to demonstrate sincerity and unbiased leadership.
This decision was not taken lightly, but I believe it's essential for the greater good of Rivers State. I'm proud to have served our state, and I'm grateful for the opportunities I've had to make a positive impact.
Please know that I'm committed to supporting the Acting Head of Service, and I urge you all to extend your support and respect to enable her success in her new role.
Since the news of my resignation was made public, I've received an overwhelming number of visits, calls, and messages expressing deep concern. I appreciate these gestures of care, concern, and love. Rest assured, I'll maintain my personal relationships with each of you, and there's no need to worry.
As you move forward, I remind you that our state's interest should always come first, in line with His Excellency Sir Siminalayi Fubara GSSRS's slogan, "Rivers First." It's crucial that you defend our state's interests and uphold the confidence the Rivers people have placed in you.
This will be my final post on this platform, and I'll be honourably exiting thereafter. Thank you all immensely for everything. May God bless and guide us as we continue to work towards a brighter future for Rivers State.
With heartfelt appreciation and gratitude,
Dr. George C. Nwaeke, FCA, mni Former, Head of Service 26th March, 2025
badoh: One thing in this life is that try as much as possible not to have any skeletons in your cupboard. This man's current and past misdeeds in government might have been dugged out and shown to him which made him to be helpless and needs to fight for his life. Probably he has also being involved in shady deals in River State civil service and he was shown the evidence, hence he will have to face EFCC if he refuse to cooperate. I don't have pity for anyone in government whether you're a civil servant or not, as long as you're dining and eating with the politicians, you have to face your judgement alone, I don't care.
Kai, your head get oil. I like the way you simplify this matter. Why did he grant an interview if his hands are clean.
robosky02: RIVERS STATE UNDER SIEGE: THE DARK MACHINATIONS OF THE ENEMIES OF DEVELOPMENT IN RIVERS STATE.
The political crisis in Rivers State has taken a dangerous turn, exposing the unrelenting desperation of those opposing the governor of rivers state Sir Siminalayi Fubara . What we are witnessing today bears a striking resemblance to the dark days of political assassinations and ruthless power struggles that once plagued Nigeria. It is now glaringly evident that Abuja based politicians are the masterminders fueling the turmoil in Rivers State, orchestrating a systematic attack against the democratically elected government and the good people of Rivers.
One of the most alarming incidents in this unfolding drama is the abduction of the former Head of Service of Rivers State, Dr. George Nweake, who was forcibly taken to Abuja. Reports indicate that Dr. Nweake was placed under immense pressure, subjected to coercion, and ultimately forced to make a false confession under duress. The goal? To blackmail Governor Siminalayi Fubara and other respected Rivers indigenes, creating a deceptive justification for imposing a state of emergency in the state. Such despicable tactics, reminiscent of military-era intimidation, have no place in a democratic society.
The recent emergence of videos purportedly showing Dr. Nweake’s so-called confession must be dismissed as nothing more than a product of threats and psychological manipulation. The Nigerian people and the international community must recognize the sinister hand behind these moves. Every action taken by this Abuja politicians and there political machinery in Port Harcourt only confirms their insatiable greed and determination to hijack the wealth and resources of Rivers State at all costs.
There actions in Rivers State are not isolated but part of a broader pattern of political desperation and vendetta. Having occupied different political offices, their refusal to let go of the levers of power has led them to engineer instability in the state, using every means available to weaken the sitting governor and install there leader as the ultimate decision-maker in rivers state politics.
For months, they have waged a relentless war against Governor Siminalayi Fubara, seeking to undermine his authority, manipulate state institutions, and create an atmosphere of fear and division. There actions has suggested a well-calculated effort to paralyze governance and frustrate development in Rivers State. But the question remains: Why are they so desperate? The answer is simple; control over the state’s vast resources.
Rivers State is one of Nigeria’s wealthiest states, with significant oil revenues and economic potential. For these buccaneers to relinquish control means losing access to the financial lifeline that has sustained their political dominance. This explains the coordinated attacks, blackmail, and outright attempts to delegitimize the sitting government.
The situation in Rivers State is not just a political dispute; it is a direct assault on democracy. No individual, regardless of past or present position, should be allowed to hold an entire state hostage for personal gain. The rule of law must be upheld, and those responsible for the ongoing crisis must be held accountable.
The abduction and coercion of Dr. George Nweake set a dangerous precedent that, if not condemned, will embolden future political actors to employ similar tactics against their opponents. We must demand a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding his abduction and the forces behind it.
Furthermore, Rivers people must resist this unconstitutional state of emergency. The political scheming by the Abuja based politicians is a blatant effort to instigate chaos, justify federal intervention, and ultimately wrest control from the legitimately elected government. This must not be allowed to continue in rivers state.
As the situation escalates, the international community must take a stand. Nigeria’s democracy is still evolving, and events in Rivers State pose a significant threat to democratic stability. Organizations such as the United Nations, the African Union, and ECOWAS must closely monitor the unfolding crisis and issue strong condemnations against any moves that undermine the will of the people.
Foreign embassies, especially those of democratic nations, must also be vigilant. The international diplomatic community must recognize that this political buccaneers have constituted a direct challenge to democracy and human rights. Sanctions should be considered against those found guilty of political intimidation, human rights violations, and economic sabotage in Rivers State.
Governor Siminalayi Fubara was duly elected by the people of Rivers State. No amount of political maneuvering, blackmail, or intimidation should override the will of the people. The citizens of Rivers State must stand united against this tyranny and resist any external attempts to impose leadership on them through unconstitutional means.
It is time for Rivers people to take their destiny into their hands. Civil society organizations, traditional rulers, and community leaders must rise to the occasion and reject any form of external interference. Peaceful protests, advocacy, and media engagement should be intensified to expose the true nature of the crisis and mobilize both national and international support.
The ongoing political crisis in Rivers State is a test of Nigeria’s democracy. It is a battle between those who seek to entrench impunity and those who believe in the supremacy of the people’s mandate. The Abuja politicians must be reminded that power belongs to the people, not to individuals who seek to manipulate and subvert democratic institutions for their selfish interests.
Security agencies, and judicial bodies must ensure that justice prevails. Rivers State must not be allowed to descend into lawlessness due to the ambitions of a few power-hungry individuals. The people of Rivers must remain vigilant, resist oppression, and defend their democracy against those who wish to turn back the hands of progress.
The world is watching, and history will not be kind to those who trample upon the democratic rights of the people. Rivers State must rise above the storm and emerge stronger, united, and free from the shackles of political desperation.

Zionmdde: Why do they have guns and weapons? How many southerners carry arms in the north
I am one of those in support of sending Anybody found with gun to hell. Unless the person is a security personnel Enough of the killings and kidnappings perpetrated by these northerners. Just a little conflict, you will see them bringing out daggers and dangerous weapons. They are inside the bush, killing, kidnapping, destroying farms and sacking villages
Is that how southerners behave in the north?
Send Anybody bearing arms illegally to hell. Unless the law will be made to allow all of us to bear arms too. What is good for the gander is good for the goose
Even though ur point is heavily presented, the message is clear and not far from truth
ValarDoharis: They're breaking Fubara's structures. When Fubara is back, he may be a tree in a forest. Good thing for Fubara is that Rivers people are fully behind him
People standing by the fubara will leave him when money stops flowing in through him. Nigerians they like person wey no get money??
MadamExcellency: At least I see one of the Senators who knows the difference between a man and a lady. Your children are watching, teach them how to be good husbands. Ignore certain things from women.
In as much as i do not agree with the senator, i know he must have been pricked. So, pls women your children are also watching, pls ignore certain things from men.
Jorussia: I think this state of emergency rule in rivers must have been planned sometime ago.I won't be surprised if the chief Judge of rivers is forced to resign.
You are right 👍. He has to. So a proper investigation can be carried out on fubara's administration. Enough evidences will be gather for his impeachment. Fubara no just try by going into a fight without sitting down to analyze your strategies. He was really mislead by those politicians & elders who used him for personal gains
