When preparedness meets credibility, there’s no magic there… any country can replicate what US did in their election… with half of the amount INEC spent in the last election, I will replicate what the US did…

First you don’t need to set out a particular date or weekend for the election, just like every government registration and update, spread it across at most 1 month or 2 for voting to be carried out only online, just like everyone has a BVN, two voters can’t have the same Voting Number, and can only be accessed when the voter has input the security question he chose during registration, only then can he access the voting site.
Then make every voter have access to only one time vote…
Those that doesn’t have access to mobile devices can now come to a physical polling location where there’s a provision made for the remaining few people that doesn’t have access to internet , they will be guided to vote electronically .

Through this process, every result is captured, no one will like to wait until the last day for something they have a full month or two to do at the comfort of their bedroom… no more physical gathering, no more sharing of money to buy votes, no more INEC taking 10years to count votes and declare results.

Everyone including the world will see the votes counting in real time, you don’t need to travel to your state to vote when you will just input your state of origin .

Then my work as INEC will be to make sure the site is highly secured and can carry the traffic, we didn’t hear US server crashed, so we all saw credibility at work.
