Trump only warned Nigeria government, he might not take action immediately but will allow it to become diluted and cold to the point that Nigeria government will think is business as usual, only to be taken unaware because the US already made it clear they’re coming but didn’t give timeframe.

You can’t safely grant regional government without securing security and peace first. You will always have to watch your back. The North will be on fire and the chaos will spill over to all regions. The solution is to ban open grazing and restrict it to Sambisa, State of Emergency in States with terrorist activity so that the terrorists can be wiped out and arms moped up, strategic assassination of all their sponsors and a repeal of Sharia.
