amazonguru001: Brother. That isn't the right mind set. How many more possible chances would you keep passing over repeatedly in your life time based on this mindset.
The bitter reality is, you could have been one of the people shortlisted, who would eventually go on to fill the available 3927 vacancies.
You only stand a chance if and only if you participate in the process. No doubt there would be a. Couple of people perhaps tens , hundreds or even a thousand that would get the opportunity based on man know man, but trust me, not all the possible available seats will be filled based on man know man.
At least a few of them, say dozens, hundreds or even thousands would stand out during the entire recruitment process.
My counsel to you, going forward, provided you meet the requisite requirements, dont short change yourself by not participating, rather try your luck perhaps mother nature will smile on you.
The job I do today is one I never imagined I would be picked for. All I did was show up. Participated in the process. Then got selected. In one year I flew 52 times all paid for by the company. Got lodged in a hotel for 10 months Apart from my salary, i got paid out station allowance which is a dream salary of some. This was while on a given project. Projects yapa. Exposure yapa. Contacts yapa. Experience yapa. Travel yapa.
See life gives all of us equal chances to attempt to climb the ladder. You either take or or not.
I took mine and got what I desired after a rigorous process. Take yours when next the opportunity beckons.
Peace. Thanks brotherly, already drawing inspiration from you already, God bless |

That’s why we have many denominations, if you feel you’re not Ohk with the doctrine of your church of worship you can always leave, even citizens seek asylum in other countries if they feel the laws of their state isn’t favorable |

Tohsynetita1: So, Did Jesus ask apostle to teach what is not in lie with Bible but their own personal doctrine. Government is different from church, Church are to make laws according to Bible and not what suite them. The disciples made laws in accordance with the time of their existence, the only difference is that it was now written in the Bible. The Pastor’s/priests are supposed to be spiritual heads and are to guide their disciples in the right way in respect to the season and time |

So far so good, some people here has been posting how some of us don’t know what we are doing, saying there are many ways to make money through teaching and I have been patiently reading through to see if any of them would actually tell us how, but none have been able to do so. Politics › Re: “Enough Of The Harassment” – NLC Demands Immediate Release Of Sowore by fobiflex(m): 1:55pm On Aug 08, 2025 |
FreeStuffsNG: Mr Sowore made and published a very serious and existential allegations against a woman police officer and released her information to the public against what a competent legal advice would have recommended to a journalist then the woman petitioned the IG. https://www.nairaland.com/8493394/police-break-sowores-hand-move#136382335
The identity of the petitioner has even been published by Sowore on his Saharareporters.com so , this reporter and/or Mr Ajaero is not even knowledgeable on the issue.
What if the woman is actually innocent of the serious allegation? Should her life, career, marriage, family and her children forever continue to suffer the injustice and burden of a false allegation which Mr Sowore walk around free? Haba nah.The only infallible one is God o.
The name of the woman and her personal data should have been withheld in the report if Sowore had sought and followed competent legal advice before publishing the story and that story would still have had impact.
Does Sowore now has immunity against allegation of crime or what? Same law that protects him and the woman is what the woman is invoking against him.
Obidient Mr Ajaero has started again after losing LP to Abure . Smh. When I saw this write up, I had to scroll up to see the moniker, I wasn’t surprised atall |

Food › Re: How Can Someone Earning N70k Afford N55k Pepper?" Just Adetoun Laments(vid) by fobiflex(m): 11:10pm On Jul 01, 2025 |
DeLaRue: She too should go into farming as part of her own contribution to the national food effort.
Sitting in your comfortable place mouthing criticism is not enough.
Get into your booth, grab a cutlass and shovel and get into your backyard and work. Grow pepper. You are not more special than the farmers growing pepper.
If you don't have a backyard, get a small farmland somewhere. You can even employ a farm hand to help you.
Sitting on a high horse asking how people on N70k can afford pepper is not going to magically make pepper cheaper. Producing more pepper will.
Chinese and other serious people around the world get on with doing things. They don't wait for their government to subsidise everything for them, including pepper.
There is no country in the world where everything is cheap.
In Nigeria, Rice was around N150k a few months ago. Now, it is around N65k. Beans was also super expensive, but I hear it is much cheaper now. If pepper is expensive now, as a seasonal product, a time will come when it too will be cheaper. God please see the people you said I should share a country with. Just to justify the stupid govt they are supporting, see the trash this one is spewing, so we all should turn to farmers like when it was cheap the whole country was into farming? Rice was 150k and came down to 65k now back to almost 80k, was that the price your govt met it? I’m really ashamed of some of us, inshort I’m pained sharing same country/nation with your likes, mtchewww |

(3) A father who can no longer feed the family and is still running around like a fool under the sun supporting the people that brought the poverty upon him and his family. (4) Youths who support the killers that ordered the killing of their own fellow youths. (5) A homeless person supporting the people who brought inflation that has made him jobless and homeless. (6) People living without electricity and still raising banner and asking people to support the evil men that are behind lack and failure of electricity in the country. (7) People that cannot travel to their home because of bad roads but are still campaigning and and asking other people to join them to support people that looted the money meant for the construction of roads to their homes. ( People that couldn't sleep because of killing, kidnaping and banditry, yet supporting the founders of terrorism in the nation.
