The issue here is that u re involve in alot of pies and i want you to be known for a particular field. Dabbling into all will not do u good, cos u attention ll be shared.

Note that hospitals ve specialist doctors and each doctor is trained for a particular field and this is what i want from u, specialise in a particular area and ur best ll be noticed.
