Also,I can't access the menu when I press the menu button. All it does for me when syncronize are call out through the speak out with your phone and to alert me whenever there is in-coming call but can not answer from the kit. This is happening after two weeks I installed it. Could you be of help? What could be the cause? Can it be repaired?

Received your mail. I remember you bought from me, through your friend and it is over 8 months. The problem you explained is as a result mis handling and i am very sure the device droped. This is out of my warranty!

However,due to the clients you refer to me after the purchase of the Headrest Dvd player and the Bluetooth kit, i have decided to replace it for you at a 50% cost. Send someone to pick it up from our office.

I m out of town. Sorry to hear this. Pls remind me if u bought from me, cos i dont know most of my client by their NL names?

Your issue is d 1st i ve heard since over 3yrs we ve sold here. I ve never had cause to fix any before now, so issue of fixing is out. Replacement should be a better option.
