There are exceptionally good screeding putty prepared with anti fungi properties that also inhibit mold and rising damp growth. The best i have used is from wichtech paint called exterior screeding plaster, and second is from double design paint. Both companies have for interior and exterior spaces. Both screeding putty also stop the further expansion of airline cracks.

tolugar:
Hello guys. Please I need a recommendation for an already made Screading material.
Or the best thing to use since I've read here that POP and cement is not that good.

Not considering price but something that will give a good result.

Anticipating your kind recommendation and advice
