Government is divided into federal ,state ,local and they all have specific functions .if Government was limited to hunger you have beeing emphasing,they won't function beyond that your stomach,lekki is a gate way ,lekki areas are ijebu lands and links benin ,ondo and down to other parts of Nigeria .you don't need to live in lekki to use an airport .People come from sudan,Ghana,benin Republic to use the lagos airport to various destinations.
