TANKFARM TO LAGOS:125/2 PORT HARCOURT:130/2 CALABAR:130/2 TTT:115/2 TTO:120/2. note: buyers side is 90% free. WORKING PROCEDURE FOR TANK FARM. 1. Seller and Buyer sign and seal SPA and deposit with their bankers. 2. Buyer returns signed SPA with tank farm documents, which includes throughput, tank farm receipt, Authority to load and others. 3. Upon confirmation of tank farm documents, Seller issues 2% Performance Bond (PB) upfront to buyer’s bank. 4. Buyer confirms Performance Bond and issues BG for the entire product to activate the performance Bond. 5. Upon confirmation of BG, Seller moves product and delivers it to buyer’s tank farm. 6. Upon completion of transshipment, Buyer pays into seller accounts including commissions due to agents, consultants and facilitators. 7. Seller confirms payment, hands over all documents to Buyer. 8.
