Block Carriage: N10 X 2,600.
4 Trips of Sand at N15,000 X 4.
Transport and offloading: N8,500.

Total Cost of Molding 2600 Blocks for First floor = N332,500.

Blocks Breakdown:
9 inch= 1400 Blocks.
6 inch= 1200 Blocks.

@Francoben the engineer charge 520 k for decking is this for laboures and his supervisor or just for only engineer for buildings because for me this is on high side thanks

Hi.The Engineer charge includes both the labour work such as carpenter,iron benders and block works.
