How is government to blame? We expect government to keep flooding the black market with dollars so we can keep importing everything that catches our fancy? Why not earn your own dollar?

I have seen a lot of different lists of demand by supposed prospective Hunger Protesters - none includes that government must force PayPal to include Nigeria in the list of countries that can receive Dollar remittances freely! This single move will drastically reduce unemployment, redress the scarcity of dollars and enable international trade for the youths. But I guess the prospective protesters are not really the skilled youths that i know, who have IT and other sought-after international skills to offer remotely!
