Good morning to all A7s keeps freezing until I press power button then it reboots itself and it happens often and again it goes off on its own help I got the phone for someone I see these issues myself too and he complains about it to me frequently. Am tired help with remedies.

b.price point at 8000naira
c.dual output
d.dual input port
e.fast charge
And more
CON;
a. it's at the heavier side(not really portable)
b.taks so long to fully charged
c.and a short Cord.

Good morning to all, please my bro's Infinix note 10 fell into River(salt water) and he took it to a phone repairer who charged him 25k to fix a new screen and later told him that the entire phone is spoilt.
Mind you he bought the phones month's back December 2021 please what can be done with him having a warranty card can Carlcare help?

Format it, it once happened to my a9 pro when I cleared the cache using SD maid....the apps started closing automatically until I formatted the device
